Recently I’ve become fascinated by wedding favours. Originally pastries or sweets, then five sugared almonds to represent Health, Wealth, Happiness, Fertility and Long Life, favours are beginning to take an increasing portion of a lot of wedding budgets and are become incredibly diverse.

Well, I would like to set a challenge – who is having the most inventive wedding favours?

I am overwhelmed by the diversity available but still my favourite has to be the giving of seeds or plants such as Wild Flower Favours. The concept of each guest taking away a little element of the wedding, planting it and watching it grow into something beautify truly reflects what I feel a wedding is all about, the start of a beautiful marriage.
